"This is my husband and I second stay here at this hotel. We stayed here back in 2023 for my husband's birthday and this time for our anniversary. From start to finish our stay was great the check in process with Hannah went very smooth. Hannah was very accommodating even helping us get the room we asked for. The room was spacious, CLEAN and the balcony oceanfront view was breath-taking. The front desk, house men/ housekeeping staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating as well. I also like the new feature of how to request your car I never waited a full 15 minutes for my car. Another feature I liked about this hotel as well was food deliveries had to meet you at the front as a security measure. Only had 2 dislikes and they were the pillows weren't firm enough for my liking and the breakfast wasn't that great even though it was complimentary. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to local eateries and shops. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay as much as we could due to unforseen circumstances and will definitely revisit in the near future this year."

"Room was hot. AC did not work properly. Had a leak in the bathroom that was coming from room above me. Nice view of oceanfront from my room and bed was comfy. "

"Do not choose a first-floor room. People talk in front of the rooms day and night, and the alarm beeps constantly throughout the night. It’s very noisy and hard to sleep."

"For its age, a decent place to stay. I know it's the beach but our room floor was absolutely full of sand. Nothing that you couldn't take care of with a broom though. Overall a nice stay. Quiet and enjoyable. Be absolutely sure you have your parking decal displayed because you can bet the tow guy will be around at 7 AM to check the lot and he doesn't mind hooking up and hauling."

"This was a great stay we wish we had booked another day for our trip. The suite on the sixth floor and a full kitchen comfortable living room furniture and a view to die for, right on the boardwalk. The pool was easy to get to and staff was very helpful. I imagine this is a great place for families. From our window we could watch ships passing by and even an aircraft carrier went by, oh and dolphins too. On the down side it is very close to the naval air station and the roar from the fighter jets flying over took some getting used to, but if your coming to Virginia Beach it doesn't matter where you are you are going to have to get used to the jets. Only issue was the dishwasher, it looked fine and we didn't try to use it until we went to wash our dishes as we were checking out, then we found that it wasn't really installed properly and the door was warped, it would have been an issue if we were staying longer then 2 nights. We would come back for sure"
