Rif-Raff in room next door blaring music all hours of the night, hotel staff spoke to them but they continued Over all would not recommend"

"The first and second room that that gave us were smoke filled and nasty. After the second room change we requested a refund and were told to contact Hotels.com for our refund. We told them we couldn’t stay in the smoky rooms and decided to drive back to Cochran,Ga, 3 1/2 hours away. If we don’t receive our refund we will not be using/staying with Hotels.com or Quality Inn again."
