"Room was recently remodeled so we really appreciated that as it was clean and in good condition. However, all common areas were diety because they were undergoing remodeling and there wasn’t a focus on trying to keep construction debris from being tracked all over. Also, perhaps our timing was bad, but breakfast was sparse and the eggs and sausage was dried out. The staff was very friendly."

"It has truck parking which was good since my husband needed to park his dump truck for work. The AC unit worked but not great. The room still got pretty hot with it running. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Other than that it was a great place to stay and our experience was overall positive. "

"Danica was a pleasure to deal with at check-in. She showed us where to go for breakfast, and offered to help us with our luggage (no elevator here but signs say they are coming soon). Ate at the restaurant (which is in an awesome setting) Friday evening - food was awesome - our waitress was as well. This will be our go-to stop in Lamar!"

"We were here visiting family fornthe weekend. the owners were very communicative and the Cooper Cabin was great. Anytime we come back to visit family we will be staying here. Enough space for four people and all the amenites you need for a quality stay. I highly recommend staying here!"
