"The room had a strong musty smell. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was VERY lackluster. I was not impressed with the breakfast selection. Due to getting in at 10pm, there were no linens for the extra air mattress we had to rent. So we paid extra for an air mattress (we had 5 in our room) but couldn’t get a sheet, blanket, or pillow."

"the property was great. Expedia was terrible. The hotel had no record of our reservation and the paperwork provided by Expedia showing the reservation and confirmation numbers was useless since it was a 'third party' situation. Due to the diligence and kindness of the desk clerk we finally got checked in no thanks to Expedia. Expedia charged an extra fee to change the date of the reservation but did not pass that update along to the hotel. Extremely poor service from Expedia. I can not recommend using their services."
