This property is excellent value for money. The staff all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a really good tasty selection. The pool area and gym are well kept as is the rest of this hotel. The complimentary shuttle is also very useful.

It’s better than most

Room was said to be smoke free - smelt like a tobacco factory! I’ve been here a few times, I love it however. But this experience this time was poor. I will still come back.

Return My Funds Back To Me

I met with the manager who was super rude because i am black and she is white... I tried asking questions and then she asked that the bouncers/security take me out for no good reason. She is racist and don't need to work or manage sure sector. I never stayed in the room so please do refund my money.. Thanks

Hot water and shower not working properly-:(

The shower was damaged reported to the recetion couple times and was never fixed so was restricted to use the bath hub and the hot water run out as after one of us showered. So this need looking into for future guests.

The staff were amazing, very attentive, polite and friendly. Unfortunately housekeeping was always very late. Sometimes as late as 3pm which is not great at all. The windows are open to the corridor so you can’t open the blinds to the sun as people can see through your room when walking past.

Apartments are great, rooms are cramped and claust

Our first room allocated was tiny, dark and awful but when we approached the staff at the front desk stating the room was claustrophobic and boiling hot, they reallocated is a one bedroom apartment which was fantastic, spacious, well equipped and with a balcony. Pool was lovely and staff service really made all the difference. Turned out to be a great stay

When I checked in the staff failed inform me that the room air con was not worked . Room lacked privacy windows in corridor in frequent use by other residents. Very highly noise level which forced me to move hotels

Needs a revamp

The service was superb as well as the restaurant but I find the rooms a bit tired and the sound proofing of the adjoining door not great. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can hear my neighbours conversation. The dressing room area is very stark

Mediocre

Stayed over for two nights on a business trip. Check in was quick and efficient except on the second night when it took two trips down to reception to get the keycard to work. According to the hotel the room was not paid for, which they realized was an error on their side. Still waiting for an apology. Stayed in an inside room that opens onto a passage, which is not recommended if one does not not prefer closed-in spaces. Use of earplugs is a must if you want to get some sleep. Noise is amplified by the echo in the passages. Room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Bedside lamps did not work and electrical points not easily accessible to charge mobile devices. One of the elevators was out of service for the duration of my stay. Luckily I stayed on the 2nd floor. The location is OK if one has transport. One can walk to the Gautrain Station or Sandton city, but it is not recommended.

This hotel was advertised under 5 star hotels in the area, I can confirm it is not a 5 star hotel.. I don’t know what the rest of the rooms are like but the double makes you feel like your in a box, with no fresh air as the window opens on to the passage!
