It is located in Carlswald, Midrand ie between Africa's economic capital, Johannesburg & South Africa's capital city, Pretoria. South Africa’s riches square mile, Sandton CBD, is just 15 kms away.

It’s within reach from a number of corporate head offices eg Vodacom, Siemens, etc. It is 6,1 kms from Waterfall City & Mall of Africa, one of the largest shopping centres in the Southern Hemisphere.

This is a lock up & go 2 bedroom apartment in close proximity to Carlswald Shopping Centre. It is easily accessible from New Road and the N1 to Pretoria and Johannesburg.

The unit is within a complex that boasts a clubhouse that has a pool that can be used by all guests.

The complex is secure with 24 hour security through manned guardhouse, patrolling guards, CCTV & electric fencing.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the 2 bedroom unit & two dedicated carports.

The clubhouse has to be pre-booked with the managing agents, Trafalgar. A deposit is payable & repaid if there is no damage or extra cleaning required.

1. Loadshedding:
South Africa is currently facing energy security challenges. As a result, South Africa’s utility implements “loadshedding.” This results is power outages at pre-determined times. We supply guests with 2 rechargeable lights that can be used to light up specific areas in the property. We have rechargeable light bulbs in the bedrooms, passage, bathroom and patio.

We also recommend the following for guests:

1.1 That guests download on their Android or Apple phones an application called “ESP”. This application allows guests to have scheduled load shedding schedules. This helps with planning.

1.2 Turn on lighting only when it is necessary to feel comfortable, use multiple smaller light sources rather than one large one and make sure lights are turned off when you leave the accommodation.

2. Water consumption:
Be mindful of your water consumption, especially hot water. If possible, consider taking a shower instead of a bath.

Please do not use the washing machine for a few items only. Wash at a lower temperature, for example at 30°C and avoid short programmes as they consume more electricity and water.

3. Visitors and deliveries
If you are staying with us for a weekend then you will need to use the tag that will be supplied to you to open the main gate for visitors, deliveries or additional gusts. If you are staying with us for longer then you will have your telephone details entered onto the intercom system so that you can open the gate for your visitors directly from your phone. For security reasons, the host cannot open the gate for you or your guests if no prior arrangements have been made.

4. Key Collection and Drop Off
We will need to make arrangements for you to collect keys and the tag upon check in. Please let us know when you intend to check in so that we can make sure that we are available to meet you.
