Terrible experience

When checking in our room was not ready for us and the communication was terrible. We were unable to use the air con at night because it was so loud. There were cockroaches in the apartment.

Hi, Thought i was booked into Sandton Apartments. Regretably on arrival and check in learnt that property was managed by 4 Agents. Air Conditioner was in a bad state and desperately needing attention. Bathroom lighting was not adequate and the shower cubicle required to be maintained. The shower cubicle was leaking water from the shower rose onto the bathroom floor. Cleaning Staff did a good job of trying to ensure shortfalls of facilities were not too much of an inconvienance. Security staff did a good job of making sure guests were not delayed or troubled. Dont recommend it for Families with children. Regards

5* for effort but.... Bedding was still wet. Fan in the room was broken. Coffee and sugar available but no creamer or milk. I would probably stay there again.

Cômodo e estruturado!

Apart-hotel com toda estrutura de uma casa (cozinha, sala de estar, sala de jantar, quarto e banheiro) Satisfeito com atendimento recebido e com a estrutura do apartamento, porém o que deixa a desejar é o serviço de internet pois temos que pagar uma taxa para utilizar.

굉장히 시설이 좋은 숙박시설임 단지 처음에 어려운점은 데스크가 따로 없고 차 주차장 입구쪽으로 가면 건물 안내하시는 여성분에게 문의하면 키를 줌. 시설은 훌륭함. 풀 빌드인.
