The first room i was given had a big dirty spot on the sheets you can tell they just remade the bed. The bathroom amenities was missing like the shower cap and gel. I tried calling the front desk, i discovered the phone didnot work in the room.I asked for a different room, it was so stressful moving my stuff from one room to the next. Its either the key would not work in the elevator or in the room door. After, being frustrated for 30 mins , i assuming she was the night manager, she escorted me to the room. The second room was ok, after she left i dicovered hair in the tub i was too tired to complain because i had somewhere to be in the morning. I thought to myself, maybe they will clean the bathroom. Upon returning to the room the tub was still not cleaned. I was happy that the tub and the shower was different and was able to take a shower. Same thing, the next day the tub was not clean all housekeeping did was made the bed. The breakfast was ok , but they donot wear gloves when they cook your omelets and all the guest can stand in front of the egg station and no glass seperating the stove from the guest. Sad, that i saw a piece hair from the counter where guests stand and wait for the omelet. Everyone come and grab a plate from that area whether they're get eggs made or not. Some people touching the plates. I feel the cook should have there own set of plates. The only postive about this hotel its very close to mandela square. I would not stay at that hotel again.
