Fun stay

While there were issues garden court was very quick to accommodate and send me to another hotel in the same family branch. My stay was great and the included breakfast was excellent.

Safety concern

Security outside the hotel is a concern, and my room’s deadbolt/internal lock was broken. I asked for it to be fixed but it was left broken. No wash cloths, no hair shampoo/conditioner, slow check in (system was down), and charged for an extra day because my flights were delayed and it was too late to change the reservation. Regardless, they gave my room away and it was not ready for me upon my arrival. Breakfast was good though. Bed is comfortable.

Break fast was a disaster with no cheese.

Breakfast was a disaster with no cheese for omelette,and all the coffee machines broken not working.Food was cold,it really was just not good. I was disappointed with food.Ice machines not working the Saturday and as such we could not have ice. Please attend to the above as these are very important issues to your patrons

Terrible experience for me and my kids

Room and bathroom was dirty with hair stuck on towels and all over the sink, no water was provided in room. It was a 4 sleeper but only 2 mugs and glasses provided. Lights worked randomly. Room service was non-existent, i called room service from my room to be told they dont do room service i have to come collect my food and drinks myself and take it back to the room. No variety on desserts and food. Very limited and options that was available, they didnt actually have. The guy at the restaurant was meant to call me back after checking with kitchen and forgot. When i called him back he says oh I forgot to call you!! We wanted to move rooms and receptionist just looks at us and sighs to our face showing she wasnt in the mood to assist and says theres no rooms available for us yet the hotel had so few guests. In the rooms we woke up to hearing people screaming and fights from another room. Experience was horrible and i would not recommend this hotel. I travel often and this was my worst experience from all places i have been before.

Primeiro não achavam nossa reserva, esperamos 40 minutos ate resolver o problema, feito isso, no dia seguinte no cafe da manha, fomos informados que somente 2 adultos poderiam tomar cafe da manha, e queriam cobrar a mais por isso, mas minha reserva foi feita para 3 adultos, nem eu explicando que iria embora um dia antes por conta do Corona, e que já havia pago um dia que não iria usar eles não deixaram um de nos tomar o cafe, Lamentável!

good place to stay to explore Joberg.

Its a great place to stay with amazing people. Just dont let reception organise taxis, see the guys in the driveway. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good and fantastic value

Great hotel in a safe neighborhood

It is a lovely hotel in a safe neighborhood. Clean and spacious rooms, awesome breakfast. The only uncomfortable experience we had was that the walls are pretty thin and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
