2 bedroom suite. Spacious. Useful amenities washing machine and drying rack oven microwave etc. staff very accommodating and polite. Bridget and Thuso at breakfast were very hospitable and really looked after us. Easy access to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Lovely seating area by the pool where breakfast is temporarily held but I think should permanently be there. Beautiful place with great atmosphere. Housekeeping accommodated to my OCD needs once discussed with Them. Overall great experience. Would stay again

Nice hotel BUT 1- we are a two shower a day family so im accustomed to request a few extra sets of towels so i dont have to wait for towels in the morning. Cant do that here , at DiVinci they literally count each towel and only replace the soiled towel. This was frustrating for me. 2we had Air conditioning issues for 2 days out of our 5 night stay. . We had a two bedroom suite that was comfortable.

My requested for romantic turn down, bottle of champagne etc was handled so well by Talita Bos. All the staff we interacted with were excellent and very helpful especially the concierge desk. Reception staff really good, making sure check in was very quick

More can be done on the hygiene/aesthetics side

Generally a good stay and location is the selling point, however, the towels were dirty and actually found a supposed to be fresh face towel with a long “alien” strand of hair, the toilet tank water looks discolored recurrently, the pillows quite dirty especially the branded ones, misaligned suite lounge furnishings then service staff overtly solicit for tips smh… lastly, wifi connection is TERRIBLE! for supposedly a very highly developed square mile in Africa…

Terrible smell, no value for money

Terrible property, debris falling from the AC unit on the mattress, constant smell of marihuana and in spite of telling the front desk several times, the smell kept on during the whole stay. Will never come back

The mnaagement of the hotel is a mess. I arrived at the hotel at 11am and the front desk told me my room was not ready so I did not say anything and wait at the lobby. I waited until 2pm which is the check in time but the front desk told me the room still not ready because the owner of the hotel stayed at the room on the previous night so my room will not be ready until later of the day. The front desk offer me a normal room for refreshing myself before my meeting at 3 but the room has no air conditioning and painting is in progress right outside my room so the chemical smell made me sick. The front desk staff's attitude is horrible as she shouted at me 'sir I told you already that your room is not ready' without looking at me. Avoid this hotel as the management has no difference to a family run B&B

No toiletries at all in the bathrooms , (files, pads, ear buds, etc). Small things Strange visit by two housekeeping personnel at 8:30 PM asking if we wanted plates for the kitchen. No reason explained…seemed out of the ordinary Room service meal the first night…the oxtail virtually had no meat. Normal for oxtail to be limited meat but this was a first. The sauce was very nice. Beet salad mediocre, 4 tiny 1/4 beats Overall food options at this hotel fair, not 5 Star Towels——motel grade quality, nice and long, but not at all soft or luxurious like a 5 start hotel Glasses in restaurant smell of dirty dish water, every time. everyone knows the smell of a glass that has been rinsed with dirty dish water. need to be rinsed better They took >30 min to bring our cold 5 year old a towel at the pool after asking 4 times. They Should have towels available at the pool . Doesn’t seem to be set up for kids, Staff at breakfast (esp Phiwe) , front desk, luggage, are delightful. The staff in the lounge around the pool less so. The bathrooms adjacent to the pool the cleaning staff pushed us out as they were washing the floor, but we had gone in first. Weird. Room was spacious and well appointed. Very nice in some ways. Comfortable linens and pillows. AC in rooms seems old and unhealthy.

Fiquei decepcionada pois reservei um hotel 4 estrelas, mas está aquém dessa qualificação. O quarto não estava muito limpo, coisas esquecidas do hóspede anterior, papel no chão. O mobiliário é antigo. Tv antiga . Não recebi a garrafa de vinho cortesia . Aspecto positivo: a localização é ótima.
