Other things to note
There is currently ongoing construction of the last blocks overlooking the central piazza area. Our block overlooks Cradock Avenue and the sun-filled-visitors’ parking - It is the front façade of the complex.

There is a foldable drying rack for clothes in the unit, guests need to take care when putting landry to dry in balconies thats its is not explicitly visible from the outside of the building as this is one of the rules for the building. You can use the covered area of the balcony discretely.
