They lost our booking refused to pay us back the money and said they had changed systems it is absolutely disgusting if I don't get refunded I will sue for fraud

Towels in the rooms please!
The place is good but the location need to be updated as it takes you to the wrong address. I drove past the area and had to be re-routed as I was completely lost.
The room was nice and comfortable but was not offered any towel - not sure if it was a mistake or norm.
