The living areas includes an open plan kitchen, separate scullery, dining room, spacious lounge (with large screen TV and fireplace) that opens up to both the front deck and the interior Japanese garden and koi pond area. There is a bar room, pool table room and sauna.

The front deck boasts the best views from the house. It has a gazebo sitting area, heated infinity pool and zen garden. The interior courtyard contains an undercover outdoor eating area, gas braai (barbecue for non-South Africans), zen garden and koi pond filled with koi.

The large main bedroom shares the same views. Sitting in the bath with a glass of wine and watching that view is a treat. (Don't worry, no-one can see you up here.)
