My husband and I like the convenience of not having to go outside to shop in the mall just taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. Also free breakfast was an added bonus. The front office workers, kitchen & dinner room staff were outstanding. Shout out to Penny-thank you

I love this hotel. The location is unbeatable but more so the staff is phenomenal. During my two stays they year Feb 25-March 11 and in June 12-22 I have been treated like royalty by Itumeleng and other team members. Thank you! I can’t wait to be back!

This was a lovely intimate boutique hotel with a warm staff and one of the finest hotel cuisines I have ever experienced. I requested dinner room service during my stay and was never disappointed by the creative flavors and presentation. The lemon meringue dessert with lattice top in the dining room was sublime. Our group talked about it the rest of the 2-week trip voting it the best we had ever experienced.

Lovely hotel. Attached to the mall which was nice. Lots of bars and restaurants through the mall. Quite a distance from some of the sightseeing we wanted fo fo but it wasnt an issue. It was a nice area so we were hapoy with our choice. Hotel was lovely, clean and confortable.

Can not say enough about the wonderful accommodations and the outstanding staff in this hotel. They truly got out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The hotel restaurant is fantastic! The only negative is that you are advised not to walk outside the hotel . But that is true throughout Africa.

Average to good stay, nothing better

Reasonable stay, food in level four for dinner great, breakfast pretty average, drink prices in the bar have in some cases doubled, most are up 30pc. Air con in the room never worked properly, made peace that it was going to be just too hot as no inclination in staff to actually resolve just turn up put a thermometer under the vent and say it’s fine. Tv signal terrible, looks like you are watching on a 1980s TV, ‘this is the signal we receive’ was the response received. Room apart from broken aircon and 1980s TV good, and nice size. Breakfast in room good, but the buffet section in the restaurant is pretty poor, cheap fruit, just a few stale croissants and a bit of cheese

I love staying at 54thon Bath. It's convenient to the mall and shopping. My husband loves to shop. The hotel is clean and we love the dinning room staff especially Naledi. She always makes us feel special and welcomed. The only issue we had this time was a maid after we tipped her very well for cleaning our room for the week ask us about a missing tea cup. My husband & I was taken a back. We usually order room service at night and put all items on the tray to be picked up the next morning. I asked about the tea cup upon check out and the front desk said it was found, but we were not notified nor did the maid apologize to us. Except for this incident I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. The front door staff was also very helpful and gracious.
