For those interested in exploring the surrounding Vogtland region, staying close to the A72 motorway junction, just a short drive from the village centre, offers excellent convenience.
When is the best time to go to Joessnitz?

Spring in Joessnitz offers blooming landscapes and comfortable temperatures, superb for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling in the Vogtland region. The days are longer, allowing for more exploration of the countryside and nearby towns without the heat of summer.

Autumn provides a stunning display of colourful foliage, especially in the surrounding forests and along the banks of the White Elster river. The air is crisp, making it an ideal time for walking and enjoying the local harvest festivals.
