Stay at Taj Harimahal was quite good. Especially set up evening events with local talent are a nice thought and always executed well by the staff. Staff is polite and helpful. Food was excellent. Local travel organised through Bhupender Singh Rathoreji (8209915252) was quite good experience, he gave right advise and organised right driver / vehicle for the need, also very flexible with timing and not expensive, overall good experience.

We were warmly greeted with a refreshing sherbet and welcomed into this majestic palace hotel. The hotel revealed the beauty of a different era, but had all the modern amenities. Then, when my mom unexpectedly fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to come to my mom’s aid including: bringing coconut water, kichdi, toast; having a doctor examine her in her room and even picking up medicines from the pharmacy. Thankfully, she fully recovered in a day. We also were impressed with the level of pride and flexibility with the restaurant waiters and chefs. We ordered a mild version of Lal Maas, which seems very contradictory to the whole point of the recipe, but I was being cautious given my considerable weak tolerance level for spiciness. They delivered…it was very good. So, a special thanks to Sachin, Shakti, Laxman and all the waiters, security, bellman that made our stay very comfortable.

Even before arriving, the hotel staff was responsive and helpful in arranging a shuttle from the airport. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again when visiting.

The food was great along with the service provided by the F&B staff in the dining area. They were very caring, polite and served with lots of love & respect. The hotel was spacious to walk around. However, the rooms, the wardrobes, the facilities, toiletries etc. did not have the mark of a 5-star Taj brand. They were equivalent to a 3-star rating. The iron malfunctioned, the fan was making noise and there was no special care & attention during our stay that would leave us with a WOW factor - it was totally missing. Only the dining area staff were doing a great job equivalent of a 5-star experience !!
