The property is divided into two separate villas, which complement each other to offer both privacy and the opportunity to spend time together, depending on the time of day.

Villa 1:

On the ground floor, the little ones will find their favourite spot: a playroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds), two sofa beds, a TV, and a full bathroom.
On the second floor, a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a TV, air conditioning, a minibar, a desk, and a terrace overlooking the lake and the garden offer a serene atmosphere for relaxing or reading a good book.
On the third floor, an elegant meeting room or private office offers the opportunity to work in an inspiring environment. This space features a lounge area, a desk with a leather chair, air conditioning, a TV, a full bathroom, and a wine refrigerator. (Available upon prior request.)

Villa 2:

Designed for socialising and enjoyment, Villa 2 is the social heart of the home.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a cosy living room decorated with a vintage jukebox that adds a unique and fun touch.
On the second level, the master bedroom invites you to relax with a king-size bed, a sitting area with two armchairs, a TV, a ceiling fan, a full bathroom, and direct access to the terrace.
The “ Azul ” Room and the “Orange” Room each feature three single beds (one of which is a pull-out), a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom—ideal for groups or families travelling together.
