Best value for the money anywhere! I was blown away by this hotel. VERY clean, modern, spacious rooms, exemplary service, at a price that can't be beat. A 4 star motor hotel at a star price. A/C window unit was quiet and efficient. Park right in front of your room, again can't beat it!

I love this place, we stay a couple times a yr and i is always clean staff is friendly and bed a comfort. I wish i knew what kind of mattress that is so i could purchase it. We will definitely be back

Good, clean room and property. Doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, and doesn't pretend to be more than it is. No coffee in lobby, no breakfast. Coffee maker in the room. Charcoal grills available. Microwave and fridge in room. Has a guest laundry. Large flat screen TV. Rooms are large, freshly painted, basic and very clean. Needs some maintenance (3" hole in sheetrock, mirror edge cracked). The best things are the price, cleanliness and the comfortable beds and pillows. I'm just looking for a comfortable, clean, convenient place to spend the night. This is best I've experienced. Would stay again.

I have stayed at this property multiple times while visiting family in the area, the last time before our recent visit being 5 years ago. At that time you could access the lobby, there were some lobby amenities (like coffee in the mornings) and rooms felt surprisingly more than I expected from a motel in a small town. Covid caused changes lots of places, and I am guessing that is when the lobby closed and never reopened. Check in/contacting staff is done at all hours by ringing a bell and talking at the night check in window. It might not seem like a big thing, but having the lobby space made the experience of staying here better. The property is also in need of a refresh, or even just new sheet sets. The couch in our room had visible stains on the cushions that made me not want to touch/sit there. The sheets on both beds were clean, but were worn out, had pilling, and thin from overuse. One sheet set had holes in it and the quilt on that same bed had visible stains and residue on it. The family who owns the motel has always been very nice. I let them know about the bed that had the stained quilt and the sheets with holes and they replaced them while we were out. They do a nice job of making the beds so that the room looks very nice. I think I got used to having a motel option in the area that felt more like a hotel because of the attention to detail, lobby, and the nicer level of sheets/bedding. Now I’m sad to have that change.

The hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is a very peaceful property to stay at. The staff is awesome, very friendly and will make sure if you need anything that you will be taken care of.

Although there was limited dining, in 30 min you can find some good options in Center, TX. The staff was very nice and the place was quiet, great for a relaxed sleep. If we have the chance to stop in this area we will go back to Executive Inn & Suites Joaquin.

Booked a trip ahead arrived, their was not working water, and staff didn’t care, and wasn’t able to get a refund! Unprofessional, health hazard, and needs to be inspection by a city health inspector! Why is this place still operating!!

Not a great stay

Room had spots on the carpet, burn holes in the bed spread in a non smoking room, bathroom had black mold and needs to resealed. Plus the room smelled of smoke so bad that we had to open the window to “try” to air it out
