"El host fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudó muchísimo. Si pudiera sugerir algo es sobre las instalaciones, el hotel es muy bonito pero está un poco descuidado, las camas estaban arruinadas y el área de la piscina tenía el piso levantado y podía haber sido un poco inseguro si uno estaba mojado. Pero la asistencia del personal fue excelente "

"The hotel was average, the room looks old not very clean maintained the drain smell, the bed umm, average. I had to walk kind of far to check in and check out. Check in understanding, but check out...not necessary...others hotels(better than this one)just have to leave and drop off the key in a box. The reception phone # provided didn't work.I liked the breakfast menu, lunch and dinner not impressed. I liked the all inclusive drinks because able to get beers,however I don't drink. The pool very clean and good size 👌. The beach kind of dirty, people leave empty beer bottles on the sand. " 5 stars 🌟 to the employees they are very kind, helpful with a good attitude.""

"El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas. solo que no hay servicio de front desk las 24 horas y parece que no hay seguridad por las noches, eso nos dio un poco de miedo, pero gracias a Dios nada paso. la Sra. de la Limpieza muy amable y respetuosa."

"We stayed in the rooms with ocean view and it was breathe taking getting to see the sunrise. Food and drinks are amazing!! Try the alcoholic beverage with passion fruit, it’s chef’s kiss! The drive was so nice and easy, the roads are in good condition! I will definitely be coming back next year."
