"Q puedo decir de ese lugar desde q me recogieron en el Aeropuerto con el señor Amadeo ya me sentía Bienvenida me hizo sentir a mi y mi esposo q nos conocía de años y luego al llegar al Hotel me recibió Vanessa y Vladimir q estos muchachos el servicio q brindan es EXCELENTE y luego cuando me llevaron el desayuno a mi cuarto conozco a Carlos también otro muchacho con EXCELENTE servicio estuvo al pendiente de nosotros Todos ellos necesitan un Aumento de salario no solo por mi si no por q siempre van más allá para el cliente lo vi siempre.. "The hotel was average, the room looks old not very clean maintained the drain smell, the bed umm, average. I had to walk kind of far to check in and check out. Check in understanding, but check out...not necessary...others hotels(better than this one)just have to leave and drop off the key in a box. The reception phone # provided didn't work.I liked the breakfast menu, lunch and dinner not impressed. I liked the all inclusive drinks because able to get beers,however I don't drink. The pool very clean and good size 👌. The beach kind of dirty, people leave empty beer bottles on the sand. " 5 stars 🌟 to the employees they are very kind, helpful with a good attitude.""
