"I guess this hotel was a sophisticated hotel when it was opened. But now, staffs are just dressed Hard Rock style but having no knowledge about Hard Rock group hotels and cafes. They even do not understand single English word."

"The Expedia listing shows the hotel in central Dalian, whereas it's really 100 kilometers to the east of the city. The Expedia map shows the hotel located in the city municipal building. There is an accurate listing of the hotel elsewhere, but I booked the fake listing. "

"Bayshore Hotel in Dalian was nice and comfortable. However, the strange circular shower in the middle of the room had a leak that left the bathroom floor soaking wet. I requested some additional towels to our room since we used ours to put on the floor to mop up the volume of water that leaked but the staff just gave use 4 hand towels. That was disappointing. Nice location and close to Xinghai square, which is a great park on the waterfront."
