Room was nice but service not as good as expected

One of the main reasons why I picked this hotel is that it offers free airport transfers, but nobody was there to pick me up when I arrived even though I had contacted Hotels.com to help send a message to the hotel and I had also emailed the hotel to provide my arrival flight information. Fortunately there is a visitor information center at the airport and the man there was kind enough to call the hotel for me. I was told that it would be a 20-minute wait but the female driver came almost immediately since she had just dropped off another guest and was still at the airport. She was very kind and told me about borrowing the free bikes from the hotel to explore the area, but when I asked the receptionist upon check-in I was told that "the bikes are free for hotel guests to borrow now but that will not be the case in the future." My room was not ready so the hotel stored my bags when I went out to explore the island on public buses since the receptionist was discouraging me from using the hotel bikes to tour the island. The bus-stop is a short walk from the hotel, but if you missed a bus it could be an hour wait for the next one. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was simple yet good. When I tried to book my return airport transfer the receptionist told me that there would be a charge since the free transfer was only for one-way. I disagreed so she called her management and told me that it would be free this time but next time they would charge.

周辺には、セブンイレブンがありコンビニ飯で良ければ問題ない場所だと思います。周辺にはコンビニ以外何もありません。朝食も期待しない方が良いです。

櫃檯人員服務親切，房間乾淨，該有的備品都有，每天都有附贈礦泉水。早餐普通～有腳踏車免費借取，早上可騎車在附近逛逛，汽機車也可免費停車，大推！！

入住當天晚上六點左右，櫃檯小姐交還證件竟然用丟的，而且已經住宿費已經繳清了，自己沒確認清楚還要我們付住宿費用，實在太不專業了！反而早上退房的櫃檯小姐比較親切！住宿房間隔音不好！

飯店設備很新 剛去的時候才在想飯店為什麼要蓋在這個地方 原來到了晚上的時候 窗戶拉鍊一拉開 就可以看到對岸 高樓大廈燈火輝煌的夜景 很奇妙的體驗

The hotel is nice. However, it is in a remote location. It's better that you finish your dinner before returning to the hotel as there is only a convenience store (7-eleven) in accessible distance of the hotel. If you can, try to get up early and ride around the countryside on one of the free bicycles offered by the hotel. I really enjoyed it!
