From the moment we arrived at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, it was clear that this would be a truly special experience. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained—every detail, from the architecture to the interiors, exudes elegance and sophistication. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably kept, making for a supremely comfortable stay.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The entire team was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly attentive and proactive. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly valued and at home, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
Our time at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing was nothing short of outstanding, and we left with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, seamless, and truly personalized experience in Beijing.

The room and the Great Wall view was excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The free pick-up and drop-off to the wall was a nice touch. The spa and massage was great and the breakfast was really nice too.
