"The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great area—close enough to attractions but far enough to avoid noise. The room was well-organized, with plenty of storage space for my stuff. "I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. "

"This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The expectations on a 5 stars hotel is high, and Sheraton Guangzhou took it further. Stayed in the club room, the services provided in the club lounge was spotless. Travelled with my elderly parents and coincidentally affected by typhoon Ragasa. The crisis management of the hotel was beyond expectations. Hotel staffs took great care of the guests, with more than expected selection of food in the club lounge, knowing that guests would not be able to travel out for dinner. The hotel gave us late check-out without asking because of my delayed transportation. Special mention to Jenny, who went the extra miles when I needed help with extended stay. For a 5 stars hotel, the high-quality hardware is expected. What makes it different from the rest is the service staffs, and Sheraton Guangzhou did just that to make it a league above the others!"
