크리스마스에 갔을때 좀 비싸게주고 갔던거 갔긴하지만 두번째땐 좀 조식이 맛이 없어서 조식없는 룸선택했더니 룸 컨디션이 너무 달라서 너무 실망했어요. 업그레이드 시켜주는 호텔들도 많은데 얼마차이나지도 않았는데 청결도가 다르건 뭐죠? 너무 뷰도 좋은 호텔이고 없어지지 않았으면 하는데. 잘운영되었으면 좋겠습니다. 칫솔도 없고 ㅠㅠ 어쨌든 진주에서는 최고 좋아요.

호텔이 자리잡은 위치는 그 어느곳 보다 나무랄데 없지만 관리는 제대로 되고 있는지 묻고 싶다 1. 샤워헤드는 너무 오래돼 금속박이 벗겨진게 눈에 훤히 드러난다. 만지다가 손을 다칠 우려가 많다. 2. 2인 투숙에 샤워 타월이 1장밖에 비치되어 있지 않았다. 프론트에 연락해 왜 하나밖에 없냐고 하니, "놓을 자리가 없어서 그랬다 ". 다시말해 알고도 안준거다.. 실수가 안라는 얘기다. 3. 방 모니터(프론트연결) 수화기도 고장으로 보인다. 기본적인게 부족한 호텔인거 같다 좋은점은 물이 연수라 매우 미끄럽다
