My Yiwu trip

the location and property itself was wonderful. staff were great and helpful. however I have couple of concerns; 1; an international hotel located in international trade center, have to have most of the staff specially front desk and concierge speak English in order to serve better. 2; the food was not Marriott standard. breakfast was cold all over even the coffee!!!!

Good room, terrible breakfast

The room itself was fantastic: big, spacious, and featured a separate shower and tub, which I really appreciated. The internet connection was also good and reliable. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow. Despite it being an international hotel, the staff took a considerable amount of time to scan documents and locate our reservation. The main issue, though, was with breakfast. I felt genuinely scammed. On Hotels.com, it stated breakfast was $8 USD and offered the option to book with or without it. I chose to book without. Upon arrival, I was charged 125 yuan per person, which, while a standard price for these hotel chains, wouldn't have been a huge deal if the quality had been acceptable. Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was terrible. There was only one person at the egg station, and guests were constantly inquiring about their orders. It was clear he was short-staffed, and I felt bad for him. Beyond that, the food on the buffet was dried out and largely inedible. It was a truly disappointing breakfast experience.

This hotel was 10/10. The safe was helpful. The breakfast was great and had enough options because i am a picky eater. The rooms were cleaned exceptional everyday. It is right by the market, so we walked there everyday. Food options in walking distance and a shopping mall for personal shopping. Great location.

The apartments are lacking laundry facilities. The hotel offers laundry service but it's expensive, cooking and laundry are the basic reasons you book an aparthotel. Need to improve this.

The worst.

Is the worst hotel service in Yiwu . They have nonse rules. They were saying my parents (disable people) electric wheel chair was not allowed because has a lithium battery. They allowed smart luggage and big kids scooters but the wheel chair no. They make disable people uncomfortable.
