"The experience overall was very smooth and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. However, you can tell the rooms are a bit old but it was still a comfortable room. We got an ocean view room with terrace and the view was amazing!"

Room is spacious, great layout, very comfortable furnishings especially the bed, luxurious and helpful amenities, automatic motion-sensing lighting helpful for night trip to bathroom, best equipped bidet, and fantastic view from full-length glass balcony. 2. "Big room with ocean view. All our requests for new towels everyday was granted. Only comment is that for you to reach the front desk, must ride 2 elevators then to go to your room, will have to use a third elevator. There were no instructions on how to reach the front desk. Good thing we saw someone who speaks English at the entrance of the hotel. "
