I’m El Norte Americano and don’t speak Spanish. We didn’t want to continue our journey at night, so we found this place at last minute. The hotel and parking is VERY secure, but the neighborhood around the hotel was questionable, but the town as a whole was questionable. That being said, I would stay here 100 times over. Room service was delicious and affordable, the room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and there were lots of amenities.

Pleasant stay after an 18 hour drive!

Pleasant stay, food at the restaurant was good and employees were attentive and helpful. Receptionist the nicest of all. Gated parking made us feel safe through the night. Beds were double (full-size) beds. Will stay again

New renovations? The room was exceptionally large and very clean, modern. You can hear trains that may wake you. The air conditioning didn’t work, they tried to fix, but ended up bringing a fan. No ice on site, and 1 plastic cup in the room. Dining room was great for breakfast.

This a good hotel to stay at for one or two nights max as you are driving thru Chihuahua. It was clean but the room smelled funny. I like that the parking was in the back and had a security person. Not much around the area.

This property is very nice. However, we could not get connected to the wifi and there was not a drop of hot water. So this we did not get to shower. The water was ice cold. A guy supposedly came and fixed it but when we got up to shower there was not any. There is no coffee in the rooms and no coffee maker. No washcloths and only 2 towels. This was not a pleasant experience for us. We did like the secure parking and the heater worked great. The blankets on the top of the bed looked stained. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Which is really to bad considering how nice the property itself is

Plain but clean and modern

A very decent option for an overnight stay when doing a Mexican road trip. Nothing special, but clean and modern and good customer service. Very helpful that they have a full restaurant on site. The rooms are quite spacious, but pretty plain, no lamps, no carpet, no art. But was definitely clean which is what most mattered to me. It's a very large property with a central courtyard and pool. The place seems brand new and they are still working on it, so there was a lot of dust everywhere. Once it's complete, and the landscaping matures, I think it will be nice. Lots of free parking.

DON'T Stay here - Horrible Customer Care

I made a reservation through hotels.com and followed up directly with the hotel with a phone call to confirm my reservation. Informed the receptionist of a 10pm arrival. Shortly before my arrival I received a direct message that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not arrive before 8pm, even though I had told them my 10pm arrival. I called and they played dumb, that there wasn't anything they could do. That their management had cancelled all reservations. This is price gouging!! Many travelers were arriving after 8pm and management was selling the rooms at a higher rate! Horrible customer service!!!!

No servía la caja fuerte, tampoco funcionaba bien el grifo bar, no había ganchos para la ropa El agua caliente no funcionaba solo salía caliente por dos minutos y luego fría, según lo repararon pero no fue así.
