"Everything was good until during mornings the cleaning staff was slamming doors, talking loudly, bumping against the walls. Reception staff were very courteous. Clean and comfy room. I would suggest this hotel to family and friends."

"Stayed at this property with my wife and two teenaged children. The location is convenient and the gated community is well kept. This property is huge with lots of room to spread out. We really liked the bedroom layout with the main bedroom away from the other rooms, providing more privacy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully functional. Communication with Nina was excellent. This property is great for families as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms."

"Air conditioning was a nice relief from the humid Florida air. I loved the shower and the fact that it had everything I needed in the kitchen area. Good outside lightning for coming and going no matter when I left. I appreciated the washer and dryer. Next time I won’t need to pack as many clothes! I will be back!!!"

"The house, with its cathedral ceiling, was nice and open. The layout was great. The property manager worked well with us on a few minor issues that got resolved. The fenced in, full lot, was great for the dog. The location was 12 minutes from Walmart, Publix and Aldi. It was18 miles to the beaches (Fort Myers Beach, Lover’s Key State Park, dog park, etc.) and it took 1 to 1 ¼ hours to get there with the road and traffic. Plan on long trip to beaches. There were two disappointing features: The back porch was filthy. We spent 3 hours removing everything to wash it down; full of dust and dirt. During the stay it easily got dusty from the surrounding environment, so it was understandable how it got in that condition. But it should have been cleaned by the cleaning service before we arrived. The grass had not been watered and was all dormant. It was nothing but dried up stubble. It was very unpleasant to walk on. It was not appealing for laying in back yard to sunbath. If the grass has been watered and the back porch cleaned when arrived we could give it a better rating. The distance to the beach can’t be changed."

"Place had an earthy smell to it but otherwise it was as described in the listing. Yard wasn't cut initially but they did knock it out a day or so after checkin. Doors got stuck on a few occasions and it took a few days to get a temporary fix. Neighborhood was mostly quiet except for cars revving at night."

"The house was as advertised. It was clean and well maintained and had all the features listed. The host was communicative quickly and easily. We were a short and easy drive from Jet Blue Park and other spring training facilities which was our main focus. RSW airport was nearby and very convenient. There were four of us staying there for two weeks and were very comfortable and often talked about how happy we were with our choice. We all loved it and agreed that we would stay there again."

"The house was clean, recent build. Minimalist decor. Reasonable price. Safety features: digital door lock; blinds in bedrooms; curtains in living room. Kitchen equipped with side by side refrigerator; stove/oven; dishwasher; coffee pot and k cups/few k cups; toaster. Check in- check out was easy. I always look for comfort and cleanliness in my stays, and I found them in this unit."
