"Avoid this place - Total Bait and Switch. Horrendous experience. They confirmed my booking, then downgraded me last minute to a room the size of a closet that looked nothing like the photos. When I complained, they sent me on a 'wild goose chase' to a sister property 20 minutes away. While I was in the Uber, they called to say that room was gone, too. Zero professional integrity and a complete waste of my time and money. Stay elsewhere."

"Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to check out. "

"Need to update buffet, guest service, and rooms. The rooms are not updated and appear to be very old with old drawers in the restroom. Better choices for snacks especially for kids. Maybe add pizza as an option. Also, more choices in alcohol. For example, they only had two tequilasOne of them being cuervo. I expected a little more "
