Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Perhaps the rating of the hotel is not fair. I am actually quite upset at Hotels.com for letting me book this hotel when I couldn't even check in as a foreigner. I didn't get to the hotel till after dinner only to find out I couldn't check in. It was extremely inconvenient for my family. I am considering giving up my use of hotels.com for not providing this information, or knowing it
