床單上有類似茶葉片 (很小片) 的黑色物 (原本以為是芝麻粒)，零零散散的大約有十多個點，不過掃到地上還是能睡，應該是老舊建築物，所以牆壁跟地板中間的縫有很多潮濕的痕跡，硬體算是普通吧，老建築可以理解。 兩千多元的房間確實有點小，應該說緊迫，進門就一張床跟連在牆壁上的小桌子? 把它想成比較大件的牆壁書架大概就能想像到大概的樣子，房間裡面沒有椅子，所以如果要在房間裡面吃東西的話，只能坐在床上吃了，電視很大台，不過距離很近 (坐床邊就著這個牆壁上的桌子吃東西的話)，坐在床上靠床頭看電視就還好。 員工服務態度還不錯，不過這間是 "山水研旅店" 不是 "山水研溫泉會館" ，這邊的名稱有點名不符實，且會給旅客一個錯誤的認知，建議改進這裡的名稱

小而齊的房間 全地點近市中心

除了房間小，沒冰箱外，其實不論清潔度、櫃台人員服務態度、設備都比網路評價好，在預期之上 不明白為何以前的遊客評價如此低？飯店新翻修過，很新溫泉也很純，只是溫度較低，開水籠頭要等一陣才熱 櫃檯服務人員很熱心推薦溫泉公園新建的公家日式溫泉，買卷才150,比飯店湯屋便宜又不限時，下次打算來試，也告知樂屋拉麵較少人潮的分店，以後有機會會想去他金崙和烏來的分館
