"Room and staff were good! I stayed on a Saturday night which unfortunately was very noisy from outside with people fighting in the street and although windows weren't open I could hear everything."

"Very nice hotel to stay at the Ksiaz castle. Clean rooms, very good breakfast, friendly staff. The only downside is that the shampoo pump in the bathroom was completely empty, and some of the bath towels were old and worn out. "

"We were called by reception at 6pm the day of check-in and told we had to be there within the next hour or so because they were closing reception. This was not clear in the booking info, so be aware they close early. The hotel itself is in a peaceful area, the breakfast was excellent, and the property is centrally located and you can easily walk to the central promenade, which is nice. However, the apartment we stayed in, despite looking new and nice on first glance, seemed to be missing basic...

"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."
