The La Quinta room was clean and quiet. The space in the room was adequate. There were a few things that needed attention: the toilet seat was loose, the door to the shower had a broken door stop and the bath wash dispenser was no longer attached to the wall of the shower. However the shower was great! The chain security lock was broken. The elevator to the rooms is functional, but the door’s closing action was noisy and needs attention. Breakfast was adequate. I have stayed there several times over the years and enjoyed the stay, but it appears some things need a competent serviceman.
Our room on the fourth floor smelled like cigarette smoke as did the hallway. We assumed this used to be the floor which permitted smoking. Yech!
Also, the housekeeping staff didn’t come to our room on the second day of our stay. We notified the clerk at the front desk and he said we should have put a sign on our front door for housekeeping service. That makes no sense! A sign on the mirror in our room stated that the Do Not Disturb sign should be hung on the door if we did NOT want fresh sheets and towels. When we returned in the evening, we again asked the front desk clerk if the housekeeping staff had made our beds and replaced our towels. He said the housekeeping staff was gone for the day and handed us fresh towels. I do not think this was an appropriate response to our issue. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
Honestly the front desk staff was super awesome! The cleanliness of the room we stayed in wasn’t that great. More of some unseen stuff that needed repairs. Other then that if I had to yes I’d stay again.

While it was the cheapest option, I will point out that plumbing needs serious reworking, staff is friendly (no adjustments needed), AC units need a full rework due to wet rugs, hair in the bathtub drain, elevator needs cleaning and detailing, and an unusual high pitched sound around the water valve behind the toilet.
The road towards the property is dirty with all the garbage and dump items like grocery cart and trash chairs. The elevator of the hotel is not in good condition.
The staff working there was very nice and friendly, I came to the hotel early due to my flight landing early and they found a room I could get into early.
As for the facility itself, the lobby area is nice, but that's about it. The elevator is very loud and bangs around as you ride in it. Was fearful getting in every time. We could also hear the elevator from our room, which was not great.
I do not fault the hotel for this, but the other guests were horribly loud and obnoxious. Running around the halls and yelling and screaming at all hours of the night... I would assume someone from the hotel staff would say something. We were unable to sleep for two nights because of these horrible other guests. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, and perhaps we just picked a bad time to go at the same time as other horrible guests.

When we first walk in the attendant already had an attitude. Was rude to my husband when he asked if he should sign both checkin forms for our room and our son’s room. Found hair in our bed and the bedspread had stains. The tv had hands prints ALL over it & this place is in a remote area and would not go back to this La Quinta.

Some guests at night were not respectful of others. They were drunk, made too much noise through the night, knock the doors and talked and laughed loudly. Manager on duty did nothing.

It was a little on the ghetto side, pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Safe quiet nice place to stay and the price was good. It is also close to the casino and mall and shops. A bout 10mins away!! Worth the price

The driveway into the property looked like the city dump - heaps and mounds of trash, broken furniture, etc. It was so filthy that I considered stopping and calling Expedia to tell them I couldn't stay here. I decided once I pulled up front that I would go in after all. Check-in was quick, efficient, and so courteous. I got into my room where the problems began. The thermostat was not working and it was about 95 degrees. Maintenance came quickly and took care of it. Then I turned the tv on and the cable was not working. Maintenance came and ended up replacing the cable. Then I went into the bathroom. There was one towel and a half roll of t.p. Once again, housekeeping took care of the issue right away, but I wondered why it was one aggravation after another. The water continued to run in the toilet unless you jiggled the handle. Breakfast was nice and the woman who was serving guests was very friendly and polite! The staff certainly made up for the deficits of the facility.

Location stated it accommodates 6 people there was only 2 queen beds in the wrong. No way unless people slept on the floor does it sleep six now fighting to get my money back

The elevator kept breaking down. I was locked in the elevator when it shut down and no one would respond the help button. My wife had to go to the front desk to get the employee who was playing on his phone to reboot the elevator ( escuse was that the basement was too cold and systems would shut down. Changed rooms 3 times ( key wouldn't work, air conditioning wouldn't work, rooms were dusty). With breakfast the employee would keep an eye on what we were taking and question us that we had eaten when we hadn't even finished eating.

Disgusting. We stay at La Quintas all the time. This one was the worst. I even reserved the Deluxe King and it was still awful. Weed smell everywhere, musty hallways and room, AC/Heat inoperable, front desk helpless and check out was writing on a piece of paper with check out time and email to send receipt. Breakfast was awful, stale cereal, the lady was super nice but served us a raw waffle, coffee not good. Just a very bad experience. I will never stay here again. Never.
