Bunch of crooks at this hotel. They sell you a family suite with 1800 sq ft of space and give you a 350sq ft room instead and then don't bother to give you any discounts or other accommodations for their blatant lie.

New facility and close to shops, restaurants and shops, supermarket all in walking distance and to a NYC to NJ transfer bus. Room facilities were excellent, modern and comfortable. Buffet breakfast available and restaurant on ground floor was convenient. Very friendly staff and gymnasium was well equipped. Highly recommend to stay in New Jersey side of New York.

Given us a bottle of wine as a gift. Helped us alot to be familiar with the public transportation. The only thing that I really would love to have was that they could exchange my CAD to USD that the management didn't accept it. But I totally understand and do not blame it at all.

The property itself was cool like it felt clean I wasn’t worried that id bring a bedbug home however they need some people who speak English u can’t effectively help anyone that I don’t understand. The front desk people are rude also and who wanna spend money for rudeness

Property is poorly kept up. Everything is dirty, especially those elevators which have cracked sign holders and fingerprints on the stainless. It smells like weed everywhere. The hallways have a musty smell. The rooms are also not very clean. I didn’t see any bed bugs but I wouldn’t be surprised. My room had someone’s used lingerie in the corner next to all the dust bunnies. Staff does not handle issues, they defer to the manager who is never on-site and never answers his emails, so if you have an issue just deal with it and save yourself the headache. Only thing good is the parking and the location. You pay for what you get I guess.

Music from bar went on until 3 AM. Shades on windows fell down and lights from outside made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was flat fee and very limited. Over priced.

Room great, parking an issue
We stayed there this past weekend. We arrived a little early on Saturday and were able to check in. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable. The shower and toilet have “frosted” doors, which weren’t completely frosted, so it was slightly awkward if someone was using the sink and another needed the toilet or shower. We were out for the night Saturday and returned around midnight to find no parking available. The hotel restaurant was busy, so cars were parked in every free space that was found. We thankfully found a small space near a dumpster. That would be our only issue! Location worked for us and the front desk staff was great.
