Gorgeous skyline view of midtown Manhattan from bedroom and living room window. Plenty of natural sunlight. Host lives on 1st floor of home. Accommodates stays of 31 days or longer. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably, can sleep 6 guests (must get approval from host for 2 additional guests).
🛋️ Living room has a queen sofa sleeper and dining table that seats 4-6 guests.
🛏️ Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and work desk/chair. Bed has large storage draws.
🛏️ Bedroom#2 has a full size bed. Bed has large storage draws.
🛁 Full size bathroom with shower/tub.
🍽️ Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances- fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, stove and oven, white carrera quartz countertops, full service coffee/tea bar. All kitchen gadgets included. Basic cooking & cleaning essentials provided to start.
There is no shared space, entire unit is for guests.
***Up to 2 additional guests allowed for a fee- must be approved with host. No more than 6 guests total. If this rule is violated and additional guests exceed more than the limit, there will be an additional fee of $100 per guest in which the primary guest will be responsible for.

Cute as a button
This house was so cute! Plenty of room for my daughter and me. Everything in the bathroom is very close; you can brush your teeth and use the restroom simultaneously. Would I rent there again? YES!!!! It's a great place, a cute town, very quiet, fantastic deli around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need.

Very thoughtful place
This apartment was wonderful and the host thought of everything. 5 stars! New York City is only minutes away and you can see the city from the street.
The kitchen has everything you need and the hosts make you feel welcome with an expresso machine and coffee for your convenience.
I would very much recommend this cozy place for days or even weeks if you are visiting the New York City area. I will definitely come back on a future trip.
