Most aspects of this hotel were great, and I was satisfied with my stay overall. However, I had serious concerns about security. During my stay, I observed an individual on the property who appeared not to be a guest and was behaving very strangely. The next morning, I saw the same person sleeping on a bench at another nearby property.
Based on what I observed, I did not feel that this individual belonged on the hotel premises, and the situation made me question the hotel's security measures. For that reason, I cannot give a higher rating despite the otherwise positive experience."
