I like this hotel, the staff was nice and was very helpful because our flight got canceled and delayed but they kept our reservation until we got there and help with the shuttle and it was reasonable in the price.

A standard hotel room, but I was so thankful to find such a nice place at an "average hotel price" that made NYC so accessible (takes about 15 to 20 minites by New Jersey Transit bus to get through the Lincoln Tunnel to the Port Authority Bus Terminal mere steps from Times Square). The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is very simple, but a great way to start your day with some energy to explore the area. A great value, but please note: the New Jersey Transit system is hard to figure out for the inexperienced compared to the New York MTA system (subway and buses), which can be tricky in themselves (youtube tutorials are a great help!!). So please try and research the NJ transit lines and routes before coming so that getting to and from NYC is an easier experience. Also, if you will be walking from the bus stop to the hotel, its a little challenging with luggage and may be slightly confusing. I suggest the bus stops at the corner of JFK Avenue and either 30th, 31st, 29th, 27th, or 26th streets. So, If you want to see NYC on a budget, not needing fancy accommodations, and don't mind putting in the research and gumption to use the NJ transit and MTA systems to get between the hotel and Manhattan, this hotel was clean, tidy, comfortable, and was a great spot for our NYC homebase! Highly recommend!

For the price for 1 night, I believe the room could have been more posh. My shower curtain was torn and the chair inside the room was partially broken. I sat on it and almost broke my back because I didn’t know it was flimsy. The entrance of the building was nice, but when I open my window curtain in the morning to get a view, around where the pool area is was very messy.

Everything seemed okay the first day until we saw a small roach that night and everyday after.(over our weekend trip) we saw one at least a day along with some running up other rooms doors. The cleaning crew didn’t come by with towels or to pick up the trash people had left outside there door. The roaches weren’t overwhelming but definitely not what you want from ANY hotel you choice to stay at

It was clean, beds comfortable, large flatscreen. Tubs extremely slippery as well as bathroom floor, tubs need some non slip strips. All else was good. Staff not unfriendly but not friendly either. Our male checkin staffer was polite but not talkative, the female who checked us out rude, unfriendly

Everything was just about okay and what you’d expect for the area. Walls were paper thin though and we were woken up at 3 am 4 am 6am every night we stayed there. I would not stay here again for that reason

Our room key card would only work once and then we would need to switch it, we know that can be from having it near other cards or your phone so we would keep it away but it was still a problem!

Can improve on the rooms' cleaning (floors) and on the bath tub' used water discharge drain (line needs a flush). Gym facilities can improve. Breakfast were good but can improve. Hotel has a good location. Parking is good too. On a 10 scale a give it a 7.

The first room had some smell from cleaning. Receptionist offered another room, which smells fresher. Took 5 minutes for everything.

Resting the las night 2023
Really I rest at last night 2023 in this place quiet. only my key was deactivate early and when I go to the breakfast and come to my room was needed come back to the front desk to activate when the representative ask me if I have check out this day. But the rest was good experience.

Este hotel pudiera resolverle. No tiene amenidades mayores. El lobby debería ser restaurado o modernizado. Lo bueno del hotel es que las habitaciones son acogedoras. Después de un día de mucho caminar, es grandioso tener un lugar cómodo para descansar. Las habitaciones están equipadas con horno microondas, nevera, cafetera, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, televisor y sofá cama. Lo negativo es que el servicio al cliente es pésimo. En el check-in me atendió Kan (así se identificó), aunque escuché que una compañera de trabajo lo llamó Kevin. Ese caballero por alguna razón intercambió las reservas y quería cobrarme un monto mayor por un error de el. Terminé pagando un cargo diario. En resumidas cuentas el trato al huésped es horrible. Mi hermana y un amigo que tenían reservas separadas a la mía fueron tratados de igual manera. El desayuno siempre será lo mismo; salchichas, huevo duro y en tortilla, pan, cereal frío, pancakes, jugos, yogurt, café. El lugar queda aproximadamente a 20 minutos de Manhattan o áreas turísticas. Nunca podrá caminar hasta allá. Un Uber le podrá cobrar $42.00 o más. Es importante que considere esto si no tiene transporte propio porque la ubicación del hotel le quedará retirado de lugares de interés. Este es un hotel que no visitaría nuevamente ni recomendaría por el mal trato al cliente.

Good shuttle service to the NYC cost is good $14 per person round trip. Hotel is ok but for the price I would look elsewhere. Rooms are renovated but not well and rooms at first glance look clean but issues with clogged hair in drains etc. No good food service at facility restaurant never opened.
