The stay was overall okay. The home was simple and met basic needs, but amenities were limited. Towels were provided for six people only. Bedding was also only set up for six guests; the sofa bed did not have bedding, so we had to purchase our own blanket even though we booked a stay for 8 adults.The location was fine if you’re staying in Jersey. The bus was around the corner and easy to ride, and transferring from the PATH to the subway trains was manageable, but it was still a good distance from most of the places we planned to visit. The commute with bus service to PATH the subway added a lot of extra time.I also had to follow up with the renter to receive access to the property, as entry information wasn’t provided initially. Once contacted, access was given quickly. The yard could use upkeep, as it wasn’t very appealing.Overall, it was an okay stay, but I would not recommend it unless you’re planning to stay primarily in Jersey.
