This was by far one of the most disappointing places I've stayed. The walls are incredibly thin, so you can clearly hear your neighbours. Communication is almost entirely through automated messages that never actually address your concerns. When I reached out because the room was unbearably hot, I never received a response. Ironically, on my last day they had no problem sending an automated message asking if I wanted to extend my stay. The property is covered with security cameras, but instead of making guests feel safe, it feels more like you're being constantly watched. There are no staff members anywhere on site if you need assistance. My room required climbing 56 stairs and was located in what appears to be the attic. Even more concerning, it wasn't shown on the evacuation plan. The shower isn't even inside the bathroom. The water pressure is extremely weak, and the water never gets properly hot—only lukewarm at best. The bathroom door won't stay closed unless you physically hold it shut. The only window was filthy and extremely difficult to open. The flooring is a strange mix of plastic flooring and laminate, clearly added later to create an extra room. The workmanship looks very amateur, with uneven sections, bumps, and poorly installed flooring throughout. Air con and parking on hotels.com and clearly a lie! Overall, the room felt like a cheaply converted attic rather than a proper hotel room. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.aper thing

If a speakeasy could be a hotel, this is it! I’d tell you details from my 3-night stay, but you have to navigate it for yourself. Such a cool place, a great bar, helpful staff and a great location!!!

Had a nice stay here over a long weekend. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that the Internet connection on the TV stopped working on the last night so I couldnt watch Netflix. But it was working on my phone. Glad there was a fan in the room as it got warm. The window doesnt fully open because of the shades.
