"We didn't have but one towel in the room for two people and when we called, the staff was attentive and provided us more towels to with no problem. The room was beautiful and clean. Everything went well! I will only complain about the parking garage. Every level smells like urine. "

"My family and I are honestly surprised by how clean and organized this hotel is. Everything was spotless and easy to access, and having free parking was a huge plus. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean.. even the towels were perfectly fresh and in great shape. You have a gym, coffee and water machine available all the time, add to it the free breakfast. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the public transport. Special thanks to Carlos at the front desk, what a great person! So professional, friendly, and full of positive energy. He really made my short stay feel special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!"
