And it was better than I expected! Gas stove, Keurig, and even the fireplace worked well. Water was as hot as you like, shower too. Neighborhood quiet, but the location is perfect for Jensen and Hutchinson Island. Several great beaches allowing dogs, and found good restaurants too. Walked along water line to downtown Jensen, awesome breakfast spot called Jan's!
Communication with Barbara was perfect!
The property was pretty much as presented on VRBO. We were quite comfortable in the space and the rate was reasonable A few little things could have been solved with minor repair , a few small, lose staples in the wall board hooked my husbands arm but we had large bandages with us . A couple things had been repaired with tape. Not a problem for us. We thank you again

Not for a longer stay.
While the bed was very comfortable. Place was clean. The couch and chairs are wore out and you cannot sit on them. Like sitting on a board and broken down. The outside furniture is dirty and filled with spider webs. Fine for a one night stay. But longer, not so much. The train was very very loud. No fan to block noise so we bought one and had to leave it since we could not pack it.
The property was how I expected. The mobile homes in the trailer park are quite close together so I was worried that there might be noise, but it was quiet. I was only there to sleep as I was usually at the property where the rest of my family was staying so this was perfect for my needs. Thanks for the nice breakfast with muffins, fresh fruit and oatmeal.

Trailer in Jensen Beach RV Park
Property was a 2016 travel trailer. It is located in a RV park that had a wide range of Rv’s in various conditions from new and well maintained to very old and poor condition. This particular unit is in need of many maintenance repairs. Lot was cluttered and outside appearance of trailer not very presentable. Also the lot is 4 sites away from an active double track railroad. Bells went off around the clock numerous times of day and night.

The Owner text me a long message of everything but the fact of how to find this RV once you entered the park. We had no idea there was another area over the railroad tracks and when I text asking I never received anything back. We had a long drive there and arrived pretty late, last thing we wanted to do is ride around and around the RV park looking like creepers. She never text back Not even the next day NOTHING!! Roaches were inside the refrigerator and I think it’s safe to say they know there is a German roach issue considering they have roach spray under the sink.

Disgusting
We were catfished , camper did not look as good as pics, there was a throw blanket that smelled of dog pee, a throw pillow w a big yellow stain on it, furniture falling apart, the bedroom door kept falling off, there were rat feces in bathroom and bedroom, we spoke to her about and she said her boyfriend was dropping off some traps, but never did. The camper stunk, carpet was nasty dirty,, we ran out of propane bc it was cold , she told us we can buy more ourselves, we went through 1 grill size tank, she later filled it. The kitchen seating was falling apart and taped together, the tv channels disappeared during our mid stay, what is a cleaning fee for? If I had to deal with dog pee smell, had to clean when I arrived, the only reason we stayed is bc there were no vacancies anywhere else in the area at last minute
