We stayed here September 27th 2025. This hotel is a little older, however it is well kept, very clean and in great shape. The person that I dealt with at the reception desk was terrific. My German isn’t that great, however we were able to communicate effectively. She was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with many options and was included with the room. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful area very close to the Spa. We enjoyed our stay there.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Zimmern waren okay, aber sehr lieblos eingerichtet, man hatte das Gefühl in einer Jugendherberge zu sein... Für eine Nacht war es okay. Sauberkeit und Preis in dieser Gegend waren in Ordnung und einen weiteren Pluspunkt bekommt auch die sehr ruhige, idyllische Lage.

Dejligt hotel med en helt igennem elendig service. Tjeck ind var bøvlet og langsommelig og placeret 1 km fra selve hotellet. Damen i receptionen virkede ikke særlig serviceminded.

Schöne Umgebung sehr viele Thermenhotels . Ideal für Baden in der Therme Loipersdorf , Für Wandern und Radtouren schöne Wege ! Auch viele Buschenschenke in der Umgebung mit guter Jause und edlen Weinen ! Sehr gut erhaltene Schlösser ( Schlösserstraße )

Gemütliches Hotel mit einigen Schwächen

Familienzimmer gebucht und erhalten. So weit also alles bestens. Nur, dass der Check-in im benachbarten Krainz Vital-Hotel durchgeführt werden muss. Ein Umstand, der durch das sehr freundliche Hotelpersonal schnell vergessen ist - ist ja auch nur der Check-in... Leider nicht, denn auch das Frühstück muss im Nachbarhotel eingenommen werden. Ein Umstand, den wir vor der Reise leider nicht aus der Hotel-Homepage entnehmen konnten. Obwohl das Frühstück ausgezeichnet ist und keine Wünsche offen lässt, ist es wohl nicht jedermanns Sache, in der Früh egal bei welchem Wetter erst ins ca. 100m entfernte Nachbarhotel gehen zu müssen. Das Familienzimmer besteht aus 2 Doppelzimmern mit eigenem Bad und einem Verbindungsgang. Für unsere Familie (2 Kinder mit 8 und 10) ideal. Wären die beiden Räume täglich gereinigt und nicht nur das Bett gemacht worden, wäre die Unterbringung auch aufgrund der geringen Entfernung zur Therme (10 - 15 Geminuten - für uns mit den Badesachen für einen Fußmarsch allerdings etwas zu weit) eigentlich perfekt. Kurz gesagt: + tolles Frühstücksbuffet + freundliches Personal + Preis - Check-in und Frühstück sind im Nachbarhotel - keine tägliche Reinigung - Handtücher (und Bademantel) für die Therme nur für die Erwachsenen

Hyggelig familiehotell.

Hotellet ligger ute på landet i naturskjønne omgivelser. Resepsjonen og frokostsalen var ikke i samme bygningen som vi sov, men det fungerte greit. Flott rom med behagelig seng. Spesielt hyggelig vertinne som hadde far fra Sverige. Masse å gjøre for barn.

beautiful and quiet neighborhood

ust make sure that you have seen in the light of day the entrance of the building in the back, because it's kind of a dark at night and the first time you hit hard. Evening reception closes. Otherwise the hotel is gorgeous, quiet, and ground floor rooms overlooking the lake are wonderful, it allows you to live out on the grass and relax. Besides cheerful ducks!!! Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful. We will probably return.
