"The location of Hotel Dega is hard to beat. You can walk right from the property along the Bird Walk that borders the bay all the way to the beach and the ocean. The rooms are beautifully decorated, each with a lovely private patio, and they’re dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and gathering around the outdoor fire in the evenings. During our stay, we saw deer, a fox, and an incredible variety of birds. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore Bodega Bay without having to drive."
