Schön und gemütlich

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Ditzum. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, gemütlich und sauber! Der Lage geschuldet, war es an der Hauptstraße recht laut, da einfach verglaste Fenster verbaut sind.

Das Apartment ist einwandfrei der Ort leider nicht Familien tauglich

Das Apartment ist einwandfrei und aufjedenfall wieder zu empfehlen.man merkt überall die liebe zum Detail und das durchdachte Konzept der familie.wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Ferien Apartment. Jetzt kommt das aber ... Der Ort ist weder Kinder noch Hunde freundlich.man darf mit dem Hund nicht an die Deiche und kann mit Kinder keine Spielplätze oder Spass Angebote machen.es ist in unseren Augen kein Ort für eine junge Familie. Die Stadt leer ist für einen Ausflug super und natürlich alles was in Emden ist. Ins Wasser kann man leider auch nicht .für Angler ist es ein Paradies,was wir dann auch gemacht haben. Leider hat im Ort alles an Kaffee oder Schiffsfahrten geschlossen oder steht zur Pacht frei und ist damit nicht zum Besuch geeignet. Die Schifftour könnte seid März nicht gemacht werden da das Schiff kaputt ist. Wir empfehlen es defenitiv für alte Semester die entspannen und viel Rad fahren wollen ohne Tiere und Kinder. Das Apartment ist wie oben schon gesagt einwandfrei und es gibt wirklich nicht zu meckern ,viel Herz steckt in diesem Apartment.

5 entspannte Tage.

Wir hatten 5 entspannte Tage. Die Wohnung hat Stil, war super sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war erstklassig. Fahrräder konnten gut untergestellt und geladen werden. Ditzum ist ein netter Fischerort. Allerdings sollte man zum Essen rechtzeitig reservieren. Ein kleiner Hinweis am Rande: der Treppenaufgang birgt für lange Personen ein Risiko, sich den Kopf zu stoßen. Überhaupt muss man für die Wohnung noch gut mobil sein Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder für einen Kurzurlaub.

Schön war’s :)

Wir haben unser verlängertes Wochenende schön entspannt mit unserem Hund in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat uns ausreichend Platz geboten. Auch schön ist der kleine Ofen für die etwas kälteren Tage. Ganz praktisch fanden wir die Bäckerei direkt unter der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch einwandfrei, sofern Rückfragen gestellt wurden. Danke :)

Sehr nette Wohnung

Nette Wohnung in altem Gemäuer sehr gemütlich mit netten Ausblick. Für Haustiere ein wenig schwierig da steiler und glatter Zugang.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Brötchenservice. Es fehlte an nichts in der Ausstattung. Lediglich die steile Treppe war für unseren Hund schwierig.

Die Kommunikation mit Imke war tadellos, sehr schnell und immer freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das i-Tüpfelchen waren natürlich die leckeren Körnerbrötchen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung an der Ems

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die allmorgendliche 'Brötchenlieferung'. Selten so leckere Körnerbrötchen gegessen....

Ferien, die einfach schön waren

Alles was Wohnung und Frau Boelen mit dem Team betraf, war sehr gut. Uns fehlte ein Balkon oder ähnliches, weil die Treppe für unsere Generation, bzw. mit einer Einschränkung nicht so genial war. Ditzum und Opa Krino's Backstube kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Klein, aber fein!

Schon das Ankommen hat Freude gemacht. Der Check in Vorgang ist sehr einfach, telefonischer Kontakt reicht aus, dann wird die Haustür ferngesteuert geöffnet. Der Schlüssel steckt in der Wohnungstür. Drinnen wartet eine wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. OK, man sollte nicht sehr groß sein, weil die Treppe nicht viel Kopfhöhe bietet. Der Ort ist ein kleines, uriges Dorf, die Wohnung liegt abseits der Durchgangsstraße, es ist nicht übertrieben laut, alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einen klitzekleinen Punkt haben wir, den wir als Anregung verstanden wissen möchten, nicht als Kritik. Wir wussten nicht, wo der Abfall draußen entsorgt werden kann. In der Bäckerei das Mädel konnte uns das nicht sagen und dann ist es untergegangen. Vielleicht auf dem Eimer in der Küche einen Hinweis anbringen, wo draußen der Müll ist. Wenn wir einen derartigen Hinweis übersehen haben sollten, bitten wir um Entschuldigung. Am Sonntag war der Müll von drei Tagen im Eimer inkl. Abfälle vom Krabben puhlen und Fisch essen. Das tut uns leid!

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in der kuscheligen Wohnung im kleinen Ditzum. Das Wetter war ziemlich schlecht. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört, weil wir uns in der so gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung total wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, was aber auch an der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin liegt.

Wirklich schönen!

Kann mich den vielen Vorgängern anschließen. Es waren leider nur 5 Tage, aber dafür so entspannend wie 2 Wochen. Durchweg konnte ich mit gutem Gewissen 5 Sterne vergeben. Lediglich 1 Stern Abzug bei der Umgebung, weil man mit Hunde nicht an und auf den Deichen spazieren gehen darf. Trotzdem würden wir gerne wieder kommen. DANKE FÜR ALLES.

Kurzurlaub

Alles bestens, nette kleine Wohnung, nette Vermieterin. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir uns einen Ventilator wünschen. Gerade bei heißen Tagen staut sich durch das Dachgeschoss die Luft.

Herzlicher Empfang zur verabredeten Zeit. Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den wir mögen: historisch und modern gemischt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden.
