This two-story townhome-style beach cottage offers a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dining/living area, master suite, and laundry on the first level. The master suite (KING ) and living area are both open to a large lower screened porch complete with a porch swing. Enjoy cooking up your favorite BBQ on the rear patio.. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker. The second level boasts two ensuites (QUEEN) (TWIN TRUNDLE)) each with access to a large balcony. In addition, guests have access by key fob to The Cottage million dollar amenities, which include an oceanfront zero entry pool, beach deck, clubhouse with fitness center and billiards table, community fire pit, beach access.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
