Place have basic kitchen so you can cook if wanted. Close to dongnum market with many food options. Could use more large towers for bathroom. Property manager was very nice and friendly.

Big studio in great location

Excellent value. Comfy bed & pillow. A big studio next to the main street (buses to the airport and Hallasan). Helpful owner. The only downsides were dirty windows and that was impossible to block morning light.

Good value for money in jeju city

Ara Palace hotel is a simple studio hotel which is perfect for a short stay if you need to wash clothes, cook your own meals etc. it was clean and kitchen was well enough stocked although could do with forks and knives in the kitchenette. Fresh towels were available at reception each day if you wanted. Good location near Jeju city hall.

Inexpensive apartment like room

The place was clean. We got in a little late so we had to do a self check-in. The view was unique. The parking spots were a little tight but nothing we couldn't handle. We wishes there was a little guide for restaurants around the hotel. Google has outdated information about this area.

Central location to major sites.

The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful. The bed was firm, but missing a bottom fitted sheet over the mattress cover. The room is not large but adequate for a couple with two rolling bags. It was nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. As others mentioned, the bath towels are on the small side but it was fine for us. Central location in older part of Jeju city and walking distance to Olle market and black pork restaurants.

Great host and excellent communication/reception with guests! I believe this was one the most clear communication places I've stayed in my life. I would like to suggested only to improve a few accomodation facilities such as Iron, for example. But, I would definitely recommend It for a friend.

This is such a good place to stay! Ara the owner is a sweetheart and treated me really well. I highly recommend this place specifically because of her and how welcoming she is, I didn’t want to leave.

This is almost a self check in, check out. There was someone to greet us on check in and check out. But this may have been because we were foreigners. The hotel only provides small hand towels, so take one from their box at the office whenever you need more. No house service, so be prepared to empty your own bins when necessary. Everything you need to replace in your room, toilet paper, Towels, bin liners etc, are all accessible from the office. Not a bad place to stay if you only require a room to sleep and shower as we spent our days exploring Jeju. Not fancy, but totally comfortable.

7일 머무르는동안 솔직 후기. - 제주공항과 가깝고, 동문시장 걸어서 10분의 좋은 입지. - 제주공항과 가까워서 반대로 택시가 안옴.(단거리 거부) - 주변에 유적지가 많아서 구경하기 편함 - 주차공간이 매우 부족.. - 7일동안 매일 밤새도록 다른방의 세탁기 가동되는 소리가 들렸습니다. - 연박시 청소 안되므로 참고하세요. - 지내는데 특별한 불편함은 없으나, 메리트도 많지는 않음.

펑점을 믿고 선택했는데 배신감이 들었습니다 안내 데스크에 직원이 없었으며 문자로 안내를 해 주셨습니다 에어컨 리모컨도 방에 있는 것이 아니고 안내데스크에 있었으며 손님이 직접 찾아가는 방식이었습니다 이런 서비스 경험은 처음이었습니다ㅠ

레지던스 호텔로 좋습니다.

출장차 묵었습니다. 근거리에 버스정류장이나 걸어서 갈수 있는 편의점 및 시장이 주변에 있습니다. 간략한 세탁을 할수있는 세탁기와 인덕션 및 조리도구도 있구요. 단점을 딱히 찾아보기 힘들었습니다. 주인분도 매우 친절하세요.
