"Wir hatten im November gebucht und bezahlt und bestätigt. Wir wollten vom 30.12. bis 1.1.23 zwei Tage dort verbringen. Am 30.12 morgens!!!! kam vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass er die Wohnung an jemand anderen vergeben habe. Als Ausrede sagte er das Geld sei erst am 29.12. bei ihm eingegangen. Das ist eine unglaublich idiotische Aussage(da ja bereits im November bezahlt und bestätigt). Der Vermieter verhielt sich absolut unseriös, entschuldigte sich nicht und war uns in keiner Weise...

I had to find this out while waiting in front of the gate, and had to book my own replacement accommodation - how does Stayz verify their hosts"
