Beautiful Cabin On 5 Acres. 2.5 Miles From Bethel Woods, museum and casinos.

Next door from my house I built a beautiful new cabin on my five acre property with one other trailer rental unit at a comfortable distance away. Still very private. Very clean inside. Brand new mattresses. Full size bed and single above bunk bed style. Good for two adults and two small children or one adult in the top bed. Flat screen TV with fire stick tv WiFi (internet). Propane blue flame stove for heat. Full electric. small size refrigerator. Microwave oven. BBQ grill outside. Stay here long term and get a great discount when you sign up for 7 days and more. Comes with a propane Coleman stove. Ceiling fan inside the cabin and ceiling fan on the 8 x14 foot porch. A brand new outhouse and separate shower house (exclusively for the cabin only) about 40 feet from the cabin (see photos). All linen, towels and amenities provided. Beautiful back yard. Pets are always welcome. On a clear night this place is the best for star gazing. 2.5 miles away from Bethel Woods, museum and Casinos. Close to Lake Superior State Park that has picnicking, fishing and swimming. Just come and relax. This place is very peaceful. Excellent place for a short getaway

George is great, helpful and welcoming. This experience was the best, especially for our dog as there is so much space for him to run around. All that’s needed is provided as mentioned in the Vrbo posting. Will definitely book again.

Great getaway!! True “glamping”

Such a great getaway from the city!! George is an amazing host and was so accommodating! He provided the firewood, grill propane and tools, gave us some last minute cups/ items we forgot, and was just an all around helpful, kind, and charming man. The property is great for disconnecting- truly the perfect “glamping” setup! A fridge, grills, beds with a fan, huge front porch, two fire pits under the stars, and (Seriously) the cleanest and Most modern outhouse & shower house that you will ever see!! The fire pit is right next to a farm with a horse and donkey, and there is a large open field for the dogs to run around. I can’t recommend this gem enough, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful cabin - Perfect host

Can’t say enough good things. This was our first HomeAway experience and George was the perfect host. He provided a charcoal grill and Coleman stove to cook on and he’s available, attentive and accommodating to every need. He also provides a welcome invitation for us to make use of the property whilst allowing plenty of privacy. Cabin, out house and shower all very clean. Roof far extends off porch for nice coverage during rain or grilling right off porch. Ceiling fans inside and out made for additional comfort. Our dog loved it and became as fond of George as we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our retreat in the woods and look forward to visiting again.

My wife, daughter and myself needed a place to lay down our heads and wind down after a long and wonderful wedding ceremony/reception. Most of the places near the celebration were very pricey and small. While searching on the Internet I came across George’s property and got such a good feeling about it that I booked it. I am so glad that George accepted us in such short notice . We were feeling very under the weather and this place for was just the chicken soup we needed. All the positive things said in former reviews were on point. Everything seen in the pictures were there. No confusion as the description stated both the trailer and cabin were all part of the deal. We definitely have to come back there with the grandkids and stay there for a longer period. George is a wonderful, very hospitable and generous host. Don’t miss out on this gem.
