"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."

"This property was great! Very clean. Great customer service, responded back very quickly to answer my questions! Awesome location. With 4 people, we could have used another comfortable chair. Only seating for 3 in the living space. We also could have used more than 1 kitchen towel. Overall we would stay again for sure! Highly recommend! "
